Champagne mangos, also known as ataulfo, adaulfo, or adolfo, is a strain of tropical fruit from Mexico that is incredibly sweet, smooth, and aromatic. Ataulfos are the quintessential mango: fragrant, sweet, tender, and low in fiber. Pink honey manila mangos are the same species grown differently resulting in a pink hue and different aroma and flavor.

Ataulfo mangos will ripen over time turning from green and firm to golden and soft. Mango prices vary based on size and quality.
