Yakisoba, which translates to fried noodles, are Japanese wheat noodles made in the style of Chinese noodles. These noodles are made using kansui resulting in a characteristic chewiness that is similar to good ramen noodles. These yakisoba noodles are freshly made and flash-frozen resulting in exceptional quality. They are ready to be cooked in minutes. Blanch yakisoba in boiling water and then stir-fry with your favorite meats, vegetables, and toppings.
